Q: The gamepad doesn’t work,

A: The PG-9083S supports Android 6.0 and iOS 11.0 or higher. If the device is lower than this version, it is not compatible. (And not compatible with IOS 13.4/ IOS 13.5 system)

Q: The product BT is often disconnected or stuck.

A: The lack of power in the gamepad will cause the BT to be disconnected frequently, or the Android phone and device card, the lack of Android memory will also appear above.

Q: The right analog stick of the gamepad does not work properly.

A: The function of the button on the right is not turned on. The customer needs to open shootingplusV3, set the button interface, click R, select the view mode, and save it.

Q: Android devices don’t work,

A: Make sure the Android device is a device with 6.0 or higher, and make sure the gamepad selects the Android button mode.

Q: The ios device can’t work,

A: Make sure the ios device is a system above 11.0, and make sure the gamepad selects the ios button mode.

START-UP METHOD: Customers must choose the startup mode for pairing according to their own devices:

Direct Play Mode(Android V3): Set the mode switch and Android mode (the position of the first two files): Press and hold the “HOME” button for 3 seconds to turn on the gamepad. At this time, the LED1 indicator flashes quickly, then search “PG-9083S” on mobile and pair it, LED1 indicator will be always on after connected successfully!

Direct Play Mode(IOS V3): Set the mode switch to the ios position (in the middle), Press and hold the “HOME” button for 3 seconds to turn on the gamepad. At this time, the LED2 indicator flashes quickly, then search “PG-9083S” on mobile and pair it, LED2 indicator will be always on after connected successfully!

Andriod Standard Mode: Set the mode switch to the Bottom position, Press and hold the”HOME” button for 3 seconds to turn on the gamepad. At this time, the LED3 indicator flashes quickly, then search”PG-9083S” on mobile BT and pair it, LED3 indicator will be always on after connected successfully! If you connected before, press the HOME button directly, LED3 indicator will flash slowly, automatically reconnect!
